The Eye Care Center was founded in 1990 by Dr. Steven J. Chiana, Optometrist, and we have had the pleasure of serving over 48,000 patients from Fullerton, Anaheim, Buena Park, and all over Orange County in our office in Fullerton since our opening.
Our Practice includes general Optometry, medical eye care, contact lenses including difficult to fit contacts and medically necessary contact lenses , low vision aids, LASIK co-management, cataract co-management, and other services.
